Your day will start with a scenic drive to the west of the town of Rethimnon. Your first experience will be the natural lake of Kourna, the only natural freshwater lake in Crete. Drive along the Northeast Coast of Crete towards the areas of Elounda<\/a> and Plaka. Reaching the traditional village of Plaka, you are taking a small traditional boat and enjoying a short boat trip to the beautiful island of Spinalonga<\/a>, one of the most important historic sites of Crete.<\/p>\n
